Binani Air Begins Commercial Flights, Promises World-Class Service in Nigeria
The President of Binani Group, Aminatu Dahiru Chiroma, has stated that the newly launched airline is prepared to redefine standards in Nigeria’s aviation industry following its inaugural commercial flight.
Speaking during the inaugural flight ceremony, Chiroma explained that the airline was established to deliver quality service, consistency, and customer satisfaction in the aviation sector.
The launch marks a major milestone in Nigeria’s aviation industry, as Binani Air is widely regarded as the first airline owned by a Northern Nigerian woman, making the development a significant achievement for women in business and aviation leadership.
“Insha-Allah, this is the day we have all been waiting for and I am glad it is finally here,” she said.
Chiroma noted that despite the highly competitive nature of the aviation industry, the airline is fully prepared to compete and provide world-class services to Nigerians.
“We are ready and set to show Nigerians what it means to have the best,” she added.
According to her, early reactions from passengers concerning the airline’s hospitality and onboard services already reflect the standards the company intends to uphold.
She described the feedback from passengers during the inaugural operations as “a foretaste of what Nigerians should expect from Binani Air.”
The airline commenced operations with flights from Abuja to Kano and Yola, attracting attention from industry stakeholders and passengers who described the development as an important addition to Nigeria’s expanding aviation sector.
