Anambra State Govt Arraigns Mother Who Sexually Violated her Daughters with a Sex Toy.

The Attorney General of Anambra State, Tobechukwu Nweke SAN leading the Director of Public Prosecution and other lawyers from the Sexual and Gender Based Violence Unit of the Ministry of Justice today arraigned a mother, Mrs Anulika Nwokike Onyeanusi for sexually violating her two daughters with a sex toy, using them for pornographic content to make money and for incest.

The defendant was arraigned at the Children, Sexual and Gender Based Violence Court of the High Court of Anambra State presided by Hon. Justice Peace Otti on a 14 count charge and was remanded in the Correctional Center.

The defendant was shown by a viral video sexually abusing her daughter by penetrating her with a sex toy while the child was crying in pain and was begging her to stop. The viral video sparked condemnation from members of the public

The charge indicates that the defendant has been sexually violating her two daughters aged 7 years and 9 years respectively and has been using one of them for child pornography for making money

The State Government has in recent times been showing zero tolerance to sexual and gender based crimes through the Sexual and Gender Based Violence Unit of the Ministry with several of the prosecution personally led by the Honourable Attorney General

The trial has been adjourned to 27th November 2026
