Court Warrant Lands Fake PFIPC DG in Police Net
The self-acclaimed Director-General of the non-existent Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), Adeniyi Adeyemi, has been arrested.
According to TVC, the arrest followed a warrant issued by Justice Mohammed Umar of the Federal High Court in Abuja shortly before he was taken into custody.
Adeyemi was scheduled to be arraigned on an eight-count charge marked FHC/ABJ/CR/562/2025, bordering on alleged forgery, fraud and impersonation.
Although the case was listed as No. 12 on the court’s cause list, Adeyemi failed to appear for his plea. However, his lawyer, Mr. Genesis Francis, announced his appearance before the court on his behalf. More details are expected.
