ADC vows to proceed with summit despite alleged APC disruption plans

The spokesperson of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Bolaji Abdullahi, on Saturday alleged that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is making efforts to disrupt the opposition summit scheduled to take place in Ibadan, Oyo State.

“We have uncovered plans by the ruling APC to disrupt the summit being held by opposition parties in Ibadan, Oyo State, today, April 25,” Abdullahi said.
He further stated, “After denying us the use of venues in Abuja, they are now attempting to stop us from holding our meetings elsewhere.”
“They claim not to be afraid, yet their actions suggest otherwise. However, we will not be discouraged because we stand with the Nigerian people,” he added.
