The Acting National Secretary of the Okun Development Association (ODA), Araba Rufus Aiyenigba, has extended his congratulations to Audu-Rafiu Olusola Enikanolaiye on his appointment as Minister of State-Designate by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
