The commission also scheduled the continuation of trials involving Yusuf Abubakar Mustapha, Vitalis Mbeyi and Esther Olufunmilayo Moses before various FCT High Courts.
On Wednesday, hearings and trial continuations will hold in Abuja and Abakaliki. This includes the arraignment of Ali Musa and two others before the Federal High Court in Abuja, alongside hearings in suits involving the ICPC and other parties.
Court proceedings will continue on Thursday with fresh arraignments before FCT High Courts in Apo and Nyanya. The Delta State High Court in Asaba is also expected to continue the trial of Chukwurah Victor Nwaonicha and two others.
Also scheduled for July 16 is the delivery of judgment by the FCT High Court in Maitama in the case of FRN v. Onamusi Onadeko.
According to the commission, the weekly cause list reflects its continued commitment to prosecuting corruption-related offences across the country while promoting transparency by giving litigants, stakeholders and members of the public advance notice of court proceedings.
