President Tinubu Appoints 26 Officials into 10 Federal Agencies
President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of 26 persons into 10 federal government agencies and commissions with immediate effect.


Among the appointments, former Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, was named Chairman of the Rural Electrification Agency, while Major General Junaid Bindawa was appointed Chairman of the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission.

The President also appointed Dr. Abuh Mohammed as Director-General of the National Population Commission and Dr. Akinola Odeyemi as Managing Director of the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Company.
Other appointments include Dr. Anthony Inalegwu as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Atomic Energy Commission and Julius Oloro as Chief Executive Officer of the National Centre for Agricultural Mechanisation.
President Tinubu also constituted the board of the Fiscal Responsibility Commission, naming Dr. Abdullahi Maikano Saidu as Chairman alongside six board members.
A statement announcing the appointments said all the nominees are expected to deploy their expertise and experience to strengthen governance and enhance service delivery in their respective institutions.
